Our InGaAs PIN and avalanche photodiodes (APDs) have industry-leading gain and low noise performance for state-of-the-art sensitivity. APDs and PINs are available as single-pixel or area array detectors or integrated with custom, matched ROICs to create easy-to-use programmable photoreceivers with analog and digital outputs and automatic temperature compensation.

Allegro'seye-safe short-wavelength infrared (SWIR)激光器提供短、高能脉冲衍射-limited beam quality and low divergence, allowing for long-distance ranging or imaging to be achieved in smaller, lighter, and lower-power packages. Custom designed, easy-to-configure laser driver boards are available and ship with connectors and a power supply. An integrated battery charger permits system operation from LiPO batteries.
