Description

A1120、A1121、A1122、A1123 和 A1125 霍尔效应、单极开关是极端温度稳定和抗应力传感器 IC ,特别适合扩展温度范围的工作条件(最高可达 150°C )。动态偏移消除技术保证了在高温下的良好性能,可降低通常由器件超模压、温度依存性及热应力引起的剩余偏移电压。

每个器件在单硅片上装有以下元件:稳压器、霍尔电压发生器、小型信号放大器、斩波稳定装置、施密特触发器,以及带短路保护的开漏极输出(最大灌电流 25 mA)。

板载稳压器允许在 3 至 24 V 的电源电压下工作。在 3 V 电压工作的优点是,器件可用于 3 V 的应用或可添加额外的外部电阻与电源引脚串联,实现更大的高压瞬时保护。

对A1120、A1121、A1122 和 A1123而言,强度足够大的南磁极才可打开输出。移开磁场时,输出会关闭。A1125 与这些器件起互补作用,南极可关闭 A1125 输出,移开磁场时打开输出。

两种封装类型都能为大多数应用提供磁性优化的封装。LH 型封装是经改进的 SOT23W 表面安装型封装,而 UA 封装是供过孔安装使用的三引脚超小型 SIP。各封装类型(后缀,-T)均不含铅,引脚框采用 100% 雾锡电镀。
