A89500: 100V Fast Switching Half Bridge MOSFET Driver

The A89500 is a Fast Switching 100V Half Bridge N-Channel MOSFET Gate Driver. It is specifically designed for applications with high-power inductive loads, such as brush DC motors, solenoids, and actuators and is compatible with 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V power networks.

Internal logic prevents the gate drive outputs from turning on at the same time, preventing cross-conduction. Each MOSFET is controlled by an independent logic-level input compatible with 3.3 V and 5V logic.

The A89500 can be placed in a low-power sleep mode by a third discrete input. It requires a single 8 to 15 V supply to power the gate drivers. A89500 comes with both Automotive and ICC Grade and is packaged in a tiny 3 by 3 DFN to reduce PCB size.
