Richard Kneeland, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, joined Allegro in 1972 and has had experience in Allegro’s operations, marketing, design, and management teams. In his current role, Richard’s cross functional experience and many years of dedication continue to provide tremendous value to Allegro’s growth.

Richard is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of the United States and the Federal Courts in MA. He is also admitted to practice law in the state courts of MA, NH, and CT. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business from Clark University and holds a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.

Richard is a member of the Society of Corporate Governance and the Association of Corporate Counsel. He serves on the Board of Directors of a National Public Radio affiliate station in Worcester, MA.
