Chris Brown, Senior Vice President and General Counsel joined Allegro in 2020 with almost 25 years of legal experience working with leading technology companies. In his current role, Chris is the head of Allegro’s corporate legal function.

Prior to joining Allegro, Chris served as Executive Vice President, Chief Counsel and Secretary for Finisar Corporation.

Chris holds his B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and J.D. from Boston College School of Law.
